I eat, sleep, and breathe operations management...I have contingency plans A, B, and C ready and will deploy as needed to ensure there isn't a single visible hiccup. Up to 10 hours of coverage on your wedding day!
Package Includes:
- Unlimited consultations via email/text/telephone upon booking.
- Up to 2 Zoom/video consultations and/or vendor visits/walk throughs
- Rehearsal Dinner Attendance/Support. We'll run through the details together - this gives us the chance to put faces to names, and make any last-minute tweaks.
- Wedding day Coordination, to include:
Wedding Setup (tables and chair setup, table centerpiece setup, arranging cupcake/cake/dessert table(s), decorating to clients specifications, posting any signage)
Vendor Coordination and Management (being point person for all vendors, assisting with their setup, ensuring timelines and details/messages are communicated and followed through with)
Guest Services (management of guest flow to ensure everyone is where they need to be, point person for guest questions while couple is getting ready or taking photos, ensuring guests are comfortable, having fun, and not experiencing conflict- to the greatest extent possible with available resources)
Wedding Party Management (keeping the wedding party on track, and enforcing any guidelines established)
Event Flow Management (assisting vendors, guests, and wedding party with sticking to established timeline)
Wedding Breakdown (packing away decorations, breaking down tables and chairs, packing up leftover food items, cleanup of trash and disposal in venue's receptacles)
Emergency Kit (sewing kit, stain remover, safety pins, rapid hydration, pain reliever, antacids, breath mints, single-use toothbrush, mouthwash, hairspray, lash glue, emergency snacks for low blood sugar...we'll make sure there's no last-minute scrambles to find something in a pinch)
$1,200 base price, $100 per hour after 10 hours

We'll be with you throughout your weekend-long celebration, executing your vision and ensuring you and your guests are comfortable. Whatever events you have planned for the weekend - we'll be your second (and third...) set of hands. This package includes coordinating table set ups, making sure your centerpieces are JUST right, keeping the vendors on track, ensuring Uncle Bubba isn't causing a scene, cleaning up at the end of the night, and coordinating where everything should go at the end of the weekend!
$3,000 base price, and $1,000 per additional day

If you are seeking only Officiating service, the fee is $500
The MJS team knows food safety, and will ensure you and your guests receive the high level of service you deserve! Professional servers can pass appetizers or drinks, set up the buffet, serve, breakdown the buffet, keep water glasses full, set up dessert tables, serve cake, bus tables, and more!
